Charming hotel, and very lovely. Front desk was delightfully welcoming, accommodating, and helpful with a quick overview of the area. Common areas were beautiful and comfortable. The breakfast was quite good with a nice selection of savory and sweet. Great location: walking distance to the old city, Genova Brignole, and the port. We would definitely stay here again.
Such a wonderful hotel. Staff are fantastic. Rooms are very comfortable with everything you might want, even many free drinks in mini bar. Beautiful atmosphere with bar and seating areas. Excellent free buffet breakfast. Best place to stay in Genoa. Hope to return.
Very nice hotel. My room was nice and clean. Good continental breakfast buffet. Great service, separate big thank you to the receptionist called Oksana who went an extra mile to help me out with the request I had.

A super lovely little hotel! We were very impressed with the hotel room we got - certainly excellent value for money! They had a wonderful breakfast buffet with great selection, and it was only a short walk from train and bus routes around Genoa and Cinque Terre and a 20 minute walk from the waterfront. Lovely staff and an overall wonderful stay. Will definitely be back on my next trip to Genoa
If you ever want to visit Genova, Hotel Astoria is in the perfect place to visit so much on foot, the room I stayed is absolutely enough for 2 adults and one 11 years old kid, very quiet for a good sleep, very clean everything, very polite staff and an absolutely gorgeous and delicious breakfast. I strongly recommend the hotel which has a parking lot 5minutes on foot from the hotel, for 25euro/24hrs. We thank you so much for your hospitality.
The hotel location was perfect! Only 10 minutes away from the city centre. The room was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage for a few hours before we left and gave us some extra recommendations about the city.
Great hotel in a great location. As with other reviews all is clean and well presented. Huge choice continental breakfast all tasty and fresh. Easy to get to as its 10 mins walk from Brignole station. We used Volabus at €5 from airport to the station.
The hotel is nice, but I spent 2 nights in the winter and had to take 2 cold showers, since the hotel didn't have hot water.
